Land Art Creaations

In my practice, I often utilize natural elements as my primary medium, with occasional incorporation of human-made materials, which are later removed. The essence of my art lies in the interaction with nature, with the final artwork documented through photography, while the natural materials remain undisturbed in their environment.

‘Ephemeral’ land-art installation, rocks over sand, France 2023

Engaging with the rhythm of nature’s whispers, I find solace in crafting intricate circles, spirals, and organic shapes upon the canvas of sand. With each carefully placed rock, a dance of harmony unfolds, celebrating the fluidity of existence and the beauty found in the ephemeral.

‘Earthly Constellations’ rocks on wood, Victoria’s Gorge, Canada 2018

Crafted along the shores of Victoria’s picturesque sidewalk in British Columbia, Canada, my work delves into the enchanting realm of terrestrial constellations. Here, luminosity emanates from the silent communion of natural rocks, offering a poetic reflection on our earthly cosmos.

‘Forest Reflection’ , Canada 2014

Nestled within the depths of Victoria’s verdant forest in British Columbia, Canada, my creation seeks to unravel the intricate web of connections between humanity and the natural world. Delving into the delicate balance of human presence amidst untouched wilderness, the artwork provokes contemplation on our impact on nature’s sacred sanctuary..
